I am also known as a lover of all things Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God. I’ve spent so much of my life caught up in the struggle and setback spiral. It felt like my life was a constant battle of taking two steps forward and getting knocked back three. Everything seems to be going well, but then I trip and fall deep into one of life’s challenging potholes. Stolen time, wasted time, poor decision-making, sickness thrown at me, not trusting in and waiting on God, and simply believing that I had everything under control when I didn’t.

I was tired of being sick and tired, so after self-discovery and redefining myself, my life took a drastic change for the better. I began prioritizing myself in my life and keeping God front and center. I stopped doing things simply because people wanted me to. I started planning my life and living my dreams, and my overall joy and happiness increased. The most significant part was that I began enjoying my life journey. Life is a journey, a process that ebbs and flows, and when we make the main things the main things, our lives will reveal God’s glory.
I am now boldly living out my God-designed purpose and calling by helping women use biblical principles to redefine themselves so they can truly live and break free from the bondage of struggles and setbacks like constant negative self-talk, fear, low self-esteem, anxiety, worry, low self-worth and confidence, and procrastination. I am the author of Breaking Free: How to Boldly and Relentlessly Live Your True Self and Redefined...Flourishing in Life While Becoming Wife and co-author of You Got This, Her Unseen Battle, and Pray, Don't Panic. Fun facts: I love spending time with the Lord, cake decorating, reading, painting, target shooting (yes, the gun range is my friend), relaxing in the sun near water or by fire, and bamboo and succulents.
